Bonnie Lantz Nutrition Consultant

My name is Bonnie Lantz, I am a Nutrition Consultant, or Wellness Coach to mention just a few of the many hats I wear as a co-owner of a very busy clinic. I am married to Dr. Fred. I have three adult children, Lantz, Chance, and Maggie Mae and a dog Grace (Labradoodle). I enjoy reading, working out in our exercise facility, that’s located in our clinic, walking my dog Grace, biking, boating, hiking and singing, and once in a while I like to do some acting with our local State Street Theater group. I am also very active in my church. I have been a Nutrition Consultant since 1997 and received my education from the American Academy of Nutrition, College of Nutrition.  In 2003 I went through clinical training at the Energetics International College of Bioenergetic Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated as a Bio-Energetics Practitioner. I am certified in DOT drug screening, alcohol and DOT physicals. I design and implement exercise programs for our patients in our rehab facility. I provide free consultations to anyone who wants to do our Standard Process Purification/Detox program. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual. I look at all my patients/clients as an individual and design their nutritional plan to fit their particular health needs. I am able to provide our patients with discount  laboratory testing and an in depth interpretation of their lab test results with nutritional recommendations that  provide the support the body needs to heal itself or to prevent a health problem from occurring in the future. This is called prevention; and this is what we firmly believe is the key to staying healthy. I work with several labs, besides blood testing, I am able to do hormone testing, stool testing and food sensitivity testing. I also provide our patients with a full line of organic, healthy skin-care products and cleaning products. Check out our wonderful organic products links for more information.
